The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak was unprecedented and felt around the globe. In addition to the threats caused to public health, livelihoods, and social structures, the pandemic also heavily affected labor markets, economics, and enterprises, leading to widespread business disruptions. These challenges resulted in solutions to ensure work continuity that will impact HR management and the way of working beyond the pandemic. Remote and hybrid workplaces are the new normal; and flexibility, well-being and work/life integration are here to stay.  As the world is gradually healing from the most devastating effects of COVID, it is time for HR leaders to redirect their focus toward recovery and ensure their companies are prepared to deal with changing requirements for human capital management.
