Anaccomplishment in that role was co-creating adevelopmentprogram for US hotel leaders that bloomed into a highly esteemeddevelopment program that expanded to over 4,000global team membersin less than a year. Cicily completed her bachelors at The Ohio State University and received a MBAfrom George Mason University. She has served as a steering committee member for theGeorgia Women in Lodging Association and the LeadershipDevelopment Committee of the Castell Women in Leadership Project.
