MRS. REAIAH BROWN JOHNSON is recognized as a record breaker and has been honored for her business mind and strategic prowess. Her knowledge & experience range from being the 15-year-old college student on campus to a Corporate Campus Focal, earning an internship… to being an interviewer for fellowships, IT Systems Development & Programming to Corporate Development and Departmental Rebranding, from Engineering Analysis to Material Resource Management, and has now spent almost the last decade with the most crucial resource of all – People. She currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management and Development for Blumenthal Holdings where she’s honored to be the first African American and the youngest Vice President in the company’s history. Being an involved advocate, Mrs. Brown Johnson has established her own synergy of immersion outside of Corporate America over the years by continually speaking & teaching to inspire the next generation of students at universities as well as other professionals across the US. She also previously held a board seat on a Real Estate Mastermind’s Executive Board, and the American Dreams Return Nonprofit Board of Directors. Reaiah enjoys volunteering throughout her community and is dedicated to opening the door to opportunities that cultivate the generations of the gifted & talented allowing her to enlighten, connect, and elevate others.
