Lynda Garcia has over 25 years experience in Organizational Development and Human Resources.  Her career has spanned multiple industries, including healthcare, hospitality, higher education, and IT.  She is passionate about driving organizational success through leadership development and talent programs directly linked to business outcomes. 

 

Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Master of Business Administration in Management Science.  She currently serves as the Vice-President, Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness at TriHealth in Cincinnati, OH.  Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, reading, and adventure travel.
